Austin, Texas

I turn strategy into operating rhythm.

I build the platforms, programs, and partnerships that make execution measurable for funds, accelerators, and the teams responsible for making founders succeed.

Enterprise programs at Dell and Walmart  ·  500+ founders evaluated  ·  Fortune 500 accounts including Pfizer and AstraZeneca  ·  Built across the US, LATAM, and Europe

What I do

Three things I build.

The titles change. The work does not.

01

Platform & Portfolio

I build the infrastructure that lets an organization evaluate, support, and scale a portfolio of companies without adding headcount for every new one.

Scoring and diagnostic frameworks. Cohort intake and selection. Founder readiness programming. Mentor and advisor matching. Portfolio reporting leadership actually reads.
02

Strategy & Operations

I translate executive priorities into an operating system: what gets decided, by whom, on what cadence, measured how.

Quarterly planning and OKR design. Operating cadence and meeting architecture. Decision frameworks and executive briefing. Cross-functional program management.
03

Partnerships & Growth

I open and structure the relationships that create durable pipeline, not one-off logos.

Corporate and enterprise partnerships. Accelerator and ecosystem programs. Channel and referral structures. Go-to-market for AI and B2B SaaS.
From 500 evaluations

What I actually believe
about execution.

/
Every stalled company I have worked with was stalled at a handoff, not at a decision.
/
A fund's value-add is whatever survives contact with a founder's actual week. The rest is a deck.
/
If leadership needs a meeting to find out what happened, the reporting is broken.
/
Most operating problems look like people problems for about six months before anyone checks the system.
Selected outcomes

Proof, not adjectives.

500+Founders evaluated

Built the evaluation infrastructure behind more than 500 founder assessments across the US, LATAM, and Europe, including the intake and scoring systems used by accelerator cohorts.

$8M+Raised and earned

Moved 20+ portfolio companies from unfundable to funded through investor readiness, positioning, and execution support.

40Person team led

Ran a 40-person team across Fortune 500 accounts including Walmart, Pfizer, and AstraZeneca, and built the client operating systems that drove $7M in revenue growth.

What I do

You do not have a thinking problem.
You have a translation problem.

The plan is sound, the people are capable, and the work still moves slower than it should, because nothing connects the decision to the execution. That gap is the whole job.

01

Platform & Portfolio

The systems that make a fund's or an accelerator's value-add real instead of stated.

Founder scoring and diagnostics. Cohort intake, selection, and programming. Mentor and advisor matching. Resource libraries and enablement. Portfolio reporting and health tracking.
02

Strategy & Operations

The cadence and decision architecture that keeps a leadership team aligned at speed.

Quarterly planning and OKRs. Meeting and reporting architecture. Executive briefing and decision support. Cross-functional program management. Backed by an MS in Project Management, so the frameworks are formal, not improvised.
03

Partnerships & Growth

The relationships that produce pipeline, revenue, and distribution over time.

Corporate and enterprise partnership development. Accelerator, incubator, and ecosystem programs. Channel and referral structures. Sponsorship and revenue share models. Go-to-market strategy for AI and B2B SaaS.
Where I fit

Roles this maps to.

Head of Platform

Portfolio-wide founder support: programming, resources, talent, and the partner network that makes a fund's value-add real instead of stated.

Portfolio Operations

Reporting, diagnostics, and the operating cadence that gives partners a clear read on every company without chasing founders for updates.

Chief of Staff

Executive leverage. Priority management, cross-functional alignment, decision support, and the briefings that let a CEO walk into any room prepared.

VP or Director, Strategy & Operations

Planning, execution infrastructure, and the connective tissue across go-to-market, product, and partnerships.

Principal or Venture Partner

Sourcing, diligence, and portfolio support on the investment side. I have evaluated 500+ companies against a structured framework and watched enough of them succeed and stall to know which signals hold up.

Selected outcomes

The record.

Every number below is one I can walk you through line by line.

About

I have spent my career
on both sides of the table.

At a glance
  • Based in Austin, Texas
  • Founder, Frictionless Intelligence
  • MS, Project Management, Boston University
  • Former faculty, Boston University
  • Former Board Chair, EcoRise
  • Host, Off The Grid ATX

What I actually do, in every version of this, is build systems that make other people's execution better. That is the throughline.

I came up inside Fortune 500 organizations, at Dell and Walmart, building enterprise programs and pioneering strategies that got adopted company-wide. At LiveWorld I led a 40-person team across Fortune 500 accounts, where I learned that the difference between a good plan and a working one is almost always the operating system underneath it.

Since then I have worked with founders. I built Frictionless Intelligence to answer a question I kept running into: why do so many capable founders stall out, and can you diagnose it early enough to fix it? That work turned into scoring frameworks, cohort selection tools, and readiness programming now used across accelerators and corporate innovation programs.

Along the way I taught Master's-level business courses at Boston University, earned an MS in Project Management there, and served as Board Chair of EcoRise.

I am based in Austin with my two daughters, and I host Off The Grid ATX, an invite-only gathering for investors and founders.
